MediaTrust Partners ApogeeInvent On Simplifying Online Advertising
MediaTrust, a top ten Inc. 500 company, and ApogeeInvent, have entered an agreement to develop a solution to improve and simplify the experience of setting up and managing online pay-for-performance advertising campaigns.

The partnership creates a simplified, turn-key integration between MediaTrust and an ApogeeInvent subsidiary called Product2Web. Product2Web offers a fully integrated solution that allows marketers to package virtually any product and begin to market it via the web using online direct response marketing channels such as affiliate networks and pay-per-click marketing.

Product2Web will integrate their e-commerce solutions into the MediaTrust performance marketing platform to deliver its complete set of e-commerce services to MediaTrust's advertising partners. The partnership will also give Product2Web's clients broad campaign distribution to thousands of publishers worldwide via the MediaTrust platform.

The performance marketing industry continues to see growth even during a difficult economy. Recent IAB/ PricewaterhouseCoopers research states that during the first half of 2009, 58% of the $10.8 billion spent on online media in the US was performance-priced. This number was up from 54% for the same period in 2008. MediaTrust's partnership with ApogeeInvent will allow both companies to more effectively serve this expanding market while broadening value to their core customers.
