Gregg Nole comes to CCS with more than 30 years of experience in the retail consumer electronics / IT space, including 18 years at Sony Electronics, Inc., where he most recently served as director of channel services, consumer sales and marketing. Among his previous management positions at Sony, Nole has been director of training and merchandising; product training and merchandising manager; and national product trainer for digital imaging products.
An award-winning executive, Gregg Nole has led many diverse teams to deliver increased sales and market presence through innovative retail channel strategies. At Sony Electronics, he was responsible for Sony's internal and third-party field sales, marketing and merchandising programs, as well as the development of Sony's first web-based product knowledge program. Among his successes, Nole was recognized multiple times for directing Sony's best training/educational programs, and for Sony's best merchandising program. He has been a featured presenter and industry panelist at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), and he is an active member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
Nole began his career as a retail sales associate at Federated Group, then progressed to retail sales manager at Pacific Stereo, to territory manager at Nor-Cal Electronics/Bergen Brunswig, to sales manager at Zenith Corporation, and then on to Sony.
