This marks the fourth year in a row that BBDO has been ranked #1 and the seventh time in the 11-year history of this report. No other agency network has won more than twice.
In June, BBDO was named Network of the Year at Cannes for the third year in a row - the only agency network to ever achieve this.
The Gunn Report wrote, "BBDO racked up the fabulous total of 185 points" - 43 more than its nearest competitor.
In all, 27 different BBDO agencies from all corners of the globe contributed to this success, with work for 69 different clients.
Six finished among the top 50 Most Awarded individual agencies in the world: Almap BBDO, Brazil, was #2 and also the #5 most awarded in Interactive; BBDO New York (#7); AMV BBDO, London (#9); BBDO/Proximity Malaysia (#15); CLM BBDO, Paris (#29); and BBDO Argentina (#44).
In addition, BBDO agencies produced the top two most awarded print campaigns in the world (in Malaysia for Jeep and in France for Alka-Seltzer).
