Hundreds of entries were received and have now been whittled down to just ten finalists in each of the seven categories which include: Young Artist of the Year, Young Handbag Designer of the Year, Young Journalist of the Year in association with Cosmopolitan magazine, Young Fashion Photographer of the Year, Young Designer of the Year, Young Blogger of the Year in association with Yougofurther.co.uk and The Independent and Design a Prom Dress in association with Prom and Sew magazines.
The winners of each award will be announced at the show this week. The finalist’s work will be showcased in the The College Forum at Clothes Show Live and will be open for public viewing, along with work from selected runners up.
These awards have become a vital component of the show and continue their growth this year with the British Fashion Council supporting them for the first time. The awards provide an incredible platform for young design talent to showcase their work on a massive scale at the world’s biggest fashion and beauty event - Clothes Show Live.
