National student Web design contest announces 2004 call for entries
The 2004 Student Web Awards presented by Register.com announces its call for entries beginning October 1. Entries may be submitted via the official Web site at www.studentwebawards.com. Entries will be accepted through October 31.
Now in its third year of operation, The Student Web Awards is the only nationwide Web design contest for high school students. Entries are judged in nine separate areas, including typography, navigation, image quality, and compatibility. Winners can earn recognition as the leading young Web designers in the United States, as well as win exciting prizes aimed at encouraging their future careers in design.
This year's top winners will receive Treo Handspring 90 organizers, Macromedia Studio MX 2004 software and a Lycos Web hosting service plan.
