Cesaria has nearly two decades of primary research experience in the areas of media/entertainment, financial services, consumer package goods and telecommunications, with a focus on implementing media and entertainment research solutions.
Prior to joining HCD Research, Cesaria served as group director, media research for InsightExpress, where he was responsible for managing and developing new business opportunities with premier media companies, including NBC Universal, MTV Networks, Warner Brothers, Disney, Meredith Publishing and Forbes.com, among others.
Previously, he served as director, client development with Ipsos-Insight, where he was responsible for identifying and developing new business for specific industry sectors including financial services, cable, media/entertainment, consumer package goods and telecommunications. He also managed all phases of the research process including recruiting, questionnaire design and development and data analysis and reporting.
