Thompson's 20 years of experience in product marketing and management, with an emphasis in digital marketing and online advertising, made him an ideal choice for this position. Before joining Harte-Hanks, he was the senior director of interactive marketing at The Allant Group where he was responsible for defining the vision and setting corporate strategy for the interactive and multichannel marketing solution product line.
Prior to that, Thompson was senior director-product management and marketing of CheetahMail, an Experian Company. He has also held product management positions at Yahoo, Inc. and AdForce, Inc.
