In his new role, Bell will be responsible for bringing together Ogilvy’s collective strategic thinking across disciplines and driving deeper consumer insights into campaigns. He will also continue to hold a Regional Planning Director role.

Bell has years of industry experience, and has been with Ogilvy in China since 2001, working across geographies, disciplines and functions. Previously, he was the head of planning for Ogilvy in Hong Kong and Southern China, and afterward, became the Group Planning Director at Ogilvy & Mather Beijing. During his Ogilvy career, he has provided planning services for a number of MNC clients including American Express, Coca-Cola and Lee Jeans to name but a few.
