Mendes joins with an extensive outsourcing and talent management background. For the past ten years, he has negotiated and managed complex cross-border outsourcing and talent management projects in Europe and Asia Pacific, working with global companies in the banking, IT, telecommunications, property and manufacturing sectors.
Most recently, Mendez was managing director and sales director Asia for Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS). And prior to AMS, he was with Capital Consulting, where he served initially in Europe before founding the Capital Consulting business in Asia, establishing a market leading business in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
