Jeff Pullen Joins AudienceScience
AudienceScience, a targeting technology company driving digital marketing success, hires Jeff Pullen, an industry veteran who formerly served as COO of ValueClick and most recently as the CEO of US Search, as president and COO. Pullen brings a lengthy and successful career in strategy innovation and operational excellence and will be contributing his deep expertise to the continued growth and development of AudienceScience as a powerful leader in the online advertising industry. In addition, Pullen will be joining the company's board of directors.

Jeff Pullen has previously served as CEO, COO and CFO of a number of public and private companies, most recently as CEO of US Search, a people search and public records company. Prior to US Search, he was CEO of QFour Digital, which he formed in partnership with GTCR Golder Rauner, to pursue acquisitions in the online marketing services sector. Previously, he held several positions at ValueClick, Inc. (VCLK), one of the world's largest integrated online marketing companies, which he joined as a result of ValueClick's acquisition of Commission Junction, where he was CEO. Pullen's career also includes many years as a partner in the Financial Advisory Services practice of Coopers & Lybrand where he specialized in troubled company restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and litigation services.

In 2009, AudienceScience announced that it had secured $20 million in venture capital funding, which it is investing in new initiatives to accelerate growth, including further research and development for core targeting technology, important employee additions and international expansion.

AudienceScience continued its global development by opening three new office locations around the globe with 30 new appointments, including Denise Colella as CRO, UK-based Roger Williams as director of international marketing, Xiaoming Shao, managing director Asia Pacific and further enhancements to its domestic sales force.

Currently operating in 16 countries with 130 employees, AudienceScience experienced 69 per cent continuing operations revenue growth in 2009, with technology services revenue growth of over 48 per cent and media revenue growth of over 76 per cent. In February 2010, AudienceScience ranked as one of the top ten ad networks according to comScore Media Metrix, demonstrating the value behind its audience targeting solutions. The outstanding company growth and performance of AudienceScience since the beginning of 2009, especially in the face of a struggling online advertising market, speaks to its depth of experience in the audience targeting space as well as a consistent focus on quality data and technology innovation.
