TAXI Unveils The Creative Finder Redesign, Portfolio Domain Mapping
TAXI has launched a redesigned site for The Creative Finder, a creative directory that helps businesses find creative professionals.

The Creative Finder now launches directly into a grid displaying the featured portfolios of the month. Users can search from any creative discipline in any location, and artists matching the criteria will be shown in the grid, automatically sorted by the latest updated portfolio.

The work of each individual artist can be scrolled through within the page itself by clicking the navigation arrows appended on each artist grid.

This means users need not launch portfolios in a separate browser window or tab to look through an artist’s work, making thumbing through The Creative Finder catalogue a breeze.

Businesses also have an added advantage of the new “Favourite” feature. Artist portfolios can be bookmarked and returned to later if business users wish to contact the artist directly.

To maximise the exposure of the artists and their portfolios, signup for business users is free.

“Over the years, TAXI has amassed a global talent pool of excellent quality, interacting with other professional creatives for collaborations, ideas, and networking," said TAXI and The Creative Finder founder Alex Goh.

"With the recovery of the global economy, opportunities are resurfacing. We’re hoping to bring to our members more exposure toward commercial opportunities from advertising agencies, recruiters, and businesses who have demand for their services,” he added.

A few weeks ago, TAXI introduced shorter URLs for member portfolios. This week, TAXI and The Creative Finder have further enhanced the feature by allowing members to map custom domains over to their portfolios.

"The custom domain name will now redirect to the TAXI portfolio page, working in sync with members’ personal brand-building, which includes their online identity”, said Alex.

He continued: “This way, members are able to manage and display their works from one source with greater convenience. The key difference between this and having their own website -- a dedicated portfolio crew at your service.”
