Color Test: Hue's the Better Gender?

It's a question that has plagued men and women since time immemorial: Just who sees colors better? A color science and technology company has devised a color vision test that seeks to answer just that.

The 'FM 100 Hue Test' web app, created by X-Rite, tests your ability to differentiate the hues of a specific color.

According to the company's site, studies have shown that "one out of 255 women and one out of 12 men have some form of color vision deficiency", making the 'FM 100 Hue Test' somewhat of an "online color challenge" for women to prove their color vision superiority and men to, well, dispute that claim.

The task is to rearrange the color chips in each row by order of hue. Once this is done, a score will be revealed; and the lower this is, the better, with 'zero' being the perfect score.

Just for fun, we tried the test out here in our office. And yes, the girl beat the guy 12 to 38.
