The esteemed fashion designer keeps adding feathers to his creative cap. Fresh out of his filmmaking stint for Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld has just completed a shoot for Italian brand Fendi’s latest campaign, reports WWD.

‘Room with a Clue’ is set to run in August magazine issues, and the campaign depicts an “Italian couple in downtown New York”, according to the German designer. Polish model Anja Rubik and the French Baptiste Giabiconi star as the ads’ protagonists.

It seems like Lagerfeld’s love for the silver screen also comes into play here; the shots look like stills from a moody film set in the 60s.
