Filmed by self-proclaimed 'internetainers' Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal, 'The T-shirt War' is a stop-motion video that stars the two comedians and their antics. But the star of the show isn't either comedian; it's the alternating images on their t-shirts.
Similar to the "D.A.N.C.E." music video by electronic music duo Justice, 'The T-shirt War' shows the t-shirts, which were specially designed for the set, featuring graphic animations that keep changing as the 'battle' progresses.
The video was shot in two days, and involved over 200 t-shirts and "a lot of talent", said the duo.
And it was so well-received that it spawned a McDonald's TV commercial as its sequel, titled 'T-shirt War 2'. In it, the duo battles it out again, this time representing the fast food giant and Coke.
