Moving Electronics Mimic Human Gestures


Designers are a weird bunch. And the UK design firm Chambers Judd isn’t any exception, especially with their project that embeds electronic products with human behaviors.

The firm concocted the fictional Attenborough Design Group (ADG) that creates stuff like the Gesundheit Radio that sneezes—no, not snooze—to get rid of internal dust. There’s also the Floppy Legs disk drive that has a defense mechanism of standing up if it detects liquid nearby, and a lamp that is repelled by human touch.



They’re not out on retail shelves, so it’ll be awhile before that sneezing clock features on your bedside table.
