Paperself, a London design studio that focuses on the use of paper in contemporary product design, has some pretty fanciful faux lashes in store for the girls.



Designed by Ting Yu Wang for Paperself, 'Eyelashes' are a set of Chinese paper-cut inspired false eyelashes.

The paper falsies are different from the usual material of synthetic hair used, meaning they "blend an element of traditional culture with contemporary design", said the designer.



The intricately cut and unique 'Eyelashes' are available in three designs: Horse, Peony, and Beach Blossom, each with their own symbolic meaning in Chinese culture.
