A one-day only installation at the London Design Festival’s V&A Museum highlight will have sheets of Corian—a material used in tabletops—scatter haphazardly like paper blowing in the wind.
Paul Cocksedge, the brain behind the ‘Gust of Wind’ installation, will display his artwork on 24 September.
Three hundred pieces of limited edition curved Corian pieces—each of them handmade and engraved by the artist—were made to resemble paper, but its hardness makes them great paper trays.
And if you’re lucky enough to grab one of those pieces, you can keep them for free; a little handmade souvenir of the festival.
