Prop Your iPad Up with MoviePeg

There are probably a million docks and stands for your iPhone or iPad out there, so what makes MoviePeg any different? For one, it’s probably the slimmest one around, but it’s how the devices are held up that makes the MoviePeg stand out.

Designed by magneticNorth, these pegs basically use the iPad’s own weight to hold itself up, much like a primitive lever. So it props the device up, freeing sticky or busy hands for other activities, whatever they may be.

The MoviePeg's two pieces are a direct reference to the iconic Brionvega TS 502 radio, designed by Marco Zanuso and Richard Sapper. The radio, like these pegs, is a solid block that 'opens' up to reveal its controls.

The accessory comes in six different colors—with fun names like Yellow Submarine, Soylent Green and Blue Velvet—for the iPhone, and two colors for the iPad: Pitch Black and the limited edition Clockwork Orange.
