iPhone Icon Typography

These iPhone apps have not only been color-coordinated; they have also been arranged into all 26 letters of the alphabet.

Spanish artist Urikane Parker has created a typeface out of a grand total of 540 iPhone apps. Apps of the same color were arranged in a grid—much like an LED display—to form the letters.

Whether you see this as the work of a control freak or someone with too much free time, Parker's iPhone font shows that the creative mind can really work with almost any canvas.

iPhone fanatics may even be inspired into reorganizing their numerous apps in other interesting pictorial forms. As the video below demonstrates, there is no Photoshopping involved; it requires time, as well as an almost obsessive compulsive need to organize.
