The Art Directors Club has announced the 50 winners from 14 countries for its ADC Young Guns 8 title. The competition selects talents aged 30 or younger in the fields of graphic design, illustration, advertising and art direction, environmental design, film, typography and other disciplines.
The winners will exhibit their work at the ADC Gallery in New York from 7 to 22 October 2010 and will also be printed in a limited-edition volume, produced by Moleskine.
This year, ADC will also award the 50 fledgling talents a newly redesigned ADC Young Guns Cube award. They will join the ranks of previous Young Guns winners who have since gone on to become prolific leaders in their chosen fields such as Stefan Sagmeister, James Victore, Alexander Gelman and others.
