In the past five years alone, the agency received 34 awards in the Red Dot Communication Design category, among them seven ‘Best of the Best’ awards.
”By their creative performance and their results in the design competition, BBDO confirms its outstanding quality in the designing of corporate and product brands,” said Peter Zec, the initiator of the Red Dot awards.
The agency has produced work for big name brands like Braun, Mars, Dr Oetker and Wrigley, to name a few.
BBDO will be honored on 8 December at the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen—and it’s not just the top prize that the agency will bag at the ceremony. It will receive a further 19 awards, of which another five belongs to the ‘Best of the Best’ category. An exhibition running from 9 December to 9 January 2011 will be open to the public.
