Hulu Serves Most Video Ads in US

Hulu has been found to generate the highest number of video ad impressions, according to a comScore study. The video streaming site recorded 1.1 billion ad views, more than twice its closest competitor, Tremor Media Video Network.
The figures mean the average Hulu viewer is served no less than 38 ads—but a more startling figure is how video ads reached 45% of the total US population, according to comScore.
Other than ad views, the research also ranked sites by video content views. Topping the chart (see below) is, unsurprisingly, Google and its host of sites with 146.3 million unique viewers. Yahoo! sites (53.8 million), Viacom (52.8 million), and VEVO (47.6 million) followed. Facebook continued its strong performance by capturing 47.4 million viewers to place fourth.
