On the heels of Starbucks’ recent logo revamp, Target has decided to drop the name from its iconic bullseye symbol as well.
The change was most noticed on the retailer’s website (see below), but a spokesperson told The Street that the company has been gradually stripping the word from its logos.
“Target uses both logos—with and without the Target name—for different purposes and has been doing so for some time,” the spokesperson was quoted as saying.
