In one of the first instances in the recording industry, hip-hop stars Kanye West and Jay-Z are debuting a new single not on iTunes and Amazon, but Facebook.

“H.A.M.”, the first single from Kanye West and Jay-Z, went live just after midnight last night on a dedicated Facebook page, according to Rolling Stone.

The track has yet to be stocked in online music shops such as iTunes and Amazon.

By 9 am EST, it had already been played 43,000 times and was making the rounds as a leaked MP3—although it was only available as a stream on Facebook.
