Infographic: The State of Wikipedia

To celebrate Wikipedia’s 10th anniversary, creative agency JESS3 launched The State of Wikipedia, a microsite documenting the online encylcopedia’s lifespan in infographics, videos and Twitter feeds.
The project is aimed at exploring the “rich history and inner-workings of the web-based encyclopedia”, the agency said.
“With more than 17 million articles in over 270 languages, Wikipedia has undoubtedly become one of the most visited and relied upon sites on the web today,” JESS3 said.
