Following Facebook, LinkedIn Releases App for Feature Phones

LinkedIn has yesterday launched an app for feature phones that allows users to access their profiles, invite people, view update streams and so on.

Like Facebook did two months ago, LinkedIn partnered with developers Snaptu to launch the app. While not all LinkedIn features are available on the app, the “most commonly-used” ones are, wrote staffer Chad Whitney in a blog post.

The app will work on 2,500 different devices, according to Whitney.
