Fire on Water as Surfer Attaches Flare to Board
Professional surfer Bruce Irons attached a lit flare onto his surfboard before riding the waves in Mentawai Islands in Sumatra, Indonesia, for the Red Bull Threat surfing tour.
The video shows the mesmerizing fire-on-water effect as the flare’s orange glow filters through the waves, as though engulfing Irons in flames.
