Conan O’Brien is putting up his TV studio in Burbank, California, for rent on Airbnb—for just a dollar.

The 25,000-square-feet studio will be available from 10 to 13 October, and comes with a “celebrity-grazed sleeper sofa”, “musty warehouse space”, a “40-ton industrial air conditioning” and a kitchenette stocked with an intern, the Airbnb description reads.

“Cozy and charming Conan television studio located in the heart of Burbank, CA, only a short walk to the set of Gilmore Girls and Warner Bros. commissary,” the description reads.

Those looking to rent the space out will have to apply first; occupants will in fact be featured in a comedy segment on the show, according to Betabeat.
