For Stealthy Surfing, Transform Facebook into a Spreadsheet
As long as you’re using this app, you won’t be caught at work with eyes glued to your Facebook news feed. Hardlywork.in transforms the social network into a convincing Excel spreadsheet to avoid the boss and whistleblowing colleagues.
Once plugged into a user’s Facebook profile, the app will lay out the newsfeed with their corresponding links into the familiar column-and-row view, and images will show up clandestinely at the bottom of the ‘spreadsheet’.
And if a superior drops by the desk, a click of the spacebar will send the app into ‘boss mode’: names and statuses will be changed to rows of numbers.
Hardlywork.in was created by Yale student Bay Gross, who told The Huffington Post he was inspired by his friends on government internships having a hard time browsing Facebook.
