Steve Jobs’ Biography Becomes Best Seller
Steve Jobs’ biography proves to be a hit, as it became a best seller after only being released on Sunday.
The 656-page book, written by Walter Isaacson, went on sale at bookstores on Monday, and on iTunes and Amazon on Sunday.
It is currently at the top of the charts on Amazon—and might be the top selling book of the year.
The book—as researched by Reuters’ reporter Bobbi Rebell—reveals insights on the man behind Apple, such as: Jobs calling his rival Bill Gates “unimaginative”; Jobs refusing potentially life-saving surgery for nine months; and Jobs trying quirky diets when he was a teenager.
Isaacson conducted more than 40 interviews with Jobs, the last in August, for the authorized biography.
Will the book be this year’s best selling book?
