And according to Dictionary.com, the longest word in the dictionary that does not repeat a letter is: "Dermatoglyphics".

The 15-letter word is pronounced ‘der-mat-uh-glif-iks’ or ‘dur-muh-tuh-glif-iks’.

Its definition is: the ridges on the inner surface of the hands and feet, or the study of these patterns.
