His mother was a toaster, he lives on the 17th floor of Boston-based advertising agency Arnold Worldwide.

Arnie is a tweeting, beer vending machine that dispenses six types of beer, all made by the agency, and Arnold Pilsner.

Arnold employees are each given RFID fobs to use the machine to get free brewed beers.

With the fobs, Arnie recognizes each patron who uses the machine personally, and talks to them through the vending process.

Employees each get several free bottles of beer every month, but they can add credits to get more beer.

The vending machine has a touchscreen interface, and an ‘Alepedia’ which gives more information on the different brews.
