Los Angeles-based green company Repurpose Compostables has launched coffee cups that can be composted in 90 days—as a greener alternative to Styrofoam and non-compostable insulated cups.

Repurpose cups are made from plant-based materials, which makes them more easily biodegradable—unlike plastics, which are made from petroleum—and uses up to 65% less carbon dioxide to produce.

The insulated coffee cups use single-wall insulation materials, which helps to keep hot beverages warm and cold beverages cold for a longer time, while protecting your hands—reducing the need for cup sleeves.
