An infographic by Daily Infographic looks at the top resolutions, what they are related to, and the statistics on how many people actually achieve those resolutions every year.
According to the infographic ‘New Year’s Resolutions’, 45% of Americans usually set New Year’s resolutions. Some of the top resolutions are to: drink less alcohol, eat healthy food, get a better education, and get a better job.
Of these resolutions, 47% of the resolutions are related to self-improvement or education, 38% resolutions are related to weight, 34% of the resolutions are related to money, and 31% of the resolutions are related to relationships.
The infographic also gives tips on how to increase the likelihood of succeeding, such as: choosing specific realistic goals, picking just one resolution, start with small steps, and to keep working at your goals.
So set some realistic resolutions this year, and don’t give up on them!
