What Happens When You Drive An Audi To A Party Full Of Vampires?

Advertising agency Venebles Bell & Partners took a stab at vampire culture for Audi’s 60-second Super Bowl commercial this year.
The spot, ‘Vampire Party’—that will air in the first ad break after the kickoff on Game Day—features the new 2013 Audi S7 and focuses on the brand’s signature LED headlight technology.
When the Audi shows up at a party full of vampires in the woods, vampires burst into flames—like they mythically do upon exposure to sunlight—to symbolize that the signature LEDs are the “closest recreation of daylight available”, Audi of America CMO Scott Keogh said in a statement.
After the headlights meet Twilight, the ad ends with the tagline: “Daylight, now in a headlight. Audi LED headlights. #SoLongVampires”
“Put an end to the vampire party, and perhaps, to the greater vampire trend in pop culture,” Keogh continued.
