Photographer Creates Cardboard Wardrobe For Ladies, Influenced By History
Swiss-Italian photographer Christian Tagliavini created portraits of women in carboard wardrobes, that mimic the look of historical paintings.

The series ‘Dame di Cartone’ (‘Cardboard Ladies’) features fashions influenced by historical eras, such as the cubist, 17th century and fifties fashions, in cardboard and paper materials.

Tagliavini designed each item, from the patterning to the final construction of the form.
