Italian lighting manufacturer Flos has unveiled a new table lamp designed by French designer Philippe Starck.

The D’E-LIGHT (‘delight’) is an LED energy-efficient lamp with a charging dock for an iPhone, iPad or iPod, incorporated into the lamp’s shade.

The light’s shade also has a backrest, so that the devices can be used while docked.

The D’E-LIGHT by Philippe Starck costs US$396.
