On New Year’s Eve, the company posed a question to Twitter and Facebook followers, asking them to submit their resolutions on how they plan to Be Bold in 2012.
When the replies were analyzed, RIM decided to organize the data into distinct categories, as “four bold characters emerged from your #BeBold resolutions” the official BlackBerry blog wrote.
Thus, the superheroes Gogo Girl: The Achiever, Max Stone: The Adventurer, Justin Steele: The Advocate, and Trudy Foreal: The Authentic, of #TeamBlackBerry were born.
“Whether it’s the determination to run in your first marathon or earn a degree, you proved to us that for you, 2012 is about one thing—boldly seizing opportunities to pursue your dreams,” the BlackBerry blog wrote.
“…it’s clear to us that all are bravely stepping out of 2011 and into a 2012 filled with unlimited possibilities.”
