Designer Patrick Jouffret of French design studio Agency 360 has collaborated with engineer Philippe Arrouart to create a foldable unisex bicycle helmet.

The ‘Overade’ helmet offers the same amount of protection as regular bike helmet, but folds up to a more compact and easily transportable size when not in use.

Overade was first prototyped in 2010, and is expected to be commercially produced this year.
