World's First Ever Edible Helium Balloon

Chefs at Chicago’s Alinea Restaurant have put a new and interesting dish on the menu—edible helium balloons.

Sugar is used to shape the balloons, which are then inflated with helium.

The green apple flavored-one also comes with an edible green-apple flavored string.

So how does one eat it? By putting their lips on the balloon and inhaling the helium.

Of course, you’ll be having Chipmunk voice after—which just makes it even more fun.
