Introducing ‘Ella’, The First Foosball Table Featuring All-Female Teams
They say sports can be a sexist affair, with more attention and money channeled toward games played by men.
But with ‘Ella’, the first foosball table that features all-female teams, the playing field is looking to be leveled.
Produced by Spanish company Rs Barcelona (no relation to FC Barcelona), Ella’s female players even carry the exact proportions of their male counterparts—with just more curves.
Said to be as intense and her kicks equally as powerful as the men’s, Ella is a game whereby actual, physical differences between men and women do not exist—not on this pitch, at least.
As hailed by the creators themselves, the game promotes “complete equality”.
You can also mix female and male players—that way, you can see for yourself which party will emerge as the better sex.
