World’s First Museum On A Bus
To keep up with times, Alexandra Sankova, Nadezhda Bakuradze, Stepan Lukyanov and Valery Patkonen decided to create the world’s first museum on a bus.
Called the ‘Moscow Design Museum’, the museum will be moving around the capital of Russia and its surrounding cities.
It will have a program of international exhibitions and educational platforms of lectures and master classes.
The vehicle will curate the best examples of international and Russian design, done by the young and the design experts from all around the world.
Besides the mobile space, the museum will also occupy a former bomb shelter at a design center Artplay.
To launch of the Moscow Design Museum earlier this year, Dutch design studio Lava gave the museum its visual identity.
