BBC ‘Planet Earth’ held auditions with its youngest fans, kids aged 4-7 years old, to see how they’d fair and if they were able to replace renowned filmmaker and narrator David Attenborough.

In the tongue-in-cheek auditions, kids try out for the narrator role for the series—reading about deserts, forests, birds and bears.

The hysterical little narrators even add in their own comments, such as “awesome” and about preferring to eat "hamburgers" over "flies".

The video, directed by Joe Sabia, was to promote BBC’s ‘Planet Earth’ marathon over Earth Day weekend.
