New York, Through The Eyes Of The Homeless

In hopes to be noticed and to change the stigma surrounding homeless people, a group of homeless people of New York took photos of their city—to help others see the city through their eyes.

The individuals—armed with disposable cameras at hand—demonstrated their love for the city and the perspective of their lives through pictures.

Using the images developed, The N.Y.SEE Project has created limited edition N.Y.SEE postcards.

New Yorkers and visitors can pick up these postcards at three street displays across the city: 22 Greenwich Ave (corner 10 St); 123 W 28 St (betweeb 6 & 7 Ave); and 2264 Broadway (between 81 & 82 St).

You are also invited to take a photo, using the disposable camera found on the street displays, to show your love for the city; or send your photos to [email protected].
