Breaking a bad habit is often easier said than done.
However, CEO of Health Month Buster Benson has created an ‘app’ that not only helps you to break bad habits, but also helps you to create good ones.
The ‘Hipster Habit App’ is not really an app, but a miniature printable book that fits in your wallet or pocket.
By simply filling out the information of the habit you want to kick or create, the ‘app’ will guide you through the process of getting started—such as setting reminders and small goals for you to stick by.
Once you have accomplished your goal, check it off the mini calendar and you can choose to create another good new habit or break another bad one.
Just remember to take one-step at a time and you’ll be kicking bad habits in no time!
