If Dr Seuss Did ‘Star Wars’…
Seattle-based cartoonist Adam Watson has imagined Star Wars if it were done by Dr Seuss.
In his illustrated series, entitled ‘Dr Seuss does Star Wars’, characters such as Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Yoda and Jabba the Hut talk in rhyme and take on the whimsical and surreal style of Dr Seuss.
“This is a little project that, as is often the case, started off as a throwaway doodle,” Watson wrote on his blog. “With a little encouragement from my friend Tom Dougherty, I turned it into several drawings.”
“What’s fun is that the Star Wars universe really blends with the goofy, strangely-named world of Dr Seuss pretty easily.”
The series is yet to be continued…
