French Designer Creates A Pillow From Old Leather Shoes

French designer Baptist Eviry has found an interesting solution on what to do with old pairs of leather shoes.

He has sewn together a patchwork of used men’s shoes and turned them into a unique, leather pillow that he calls ‘Little Shoes Throw Pillows’.

Viry personally sews the different styled shoes together, complete with a suede backing—after which he buffs with hot wax to give it a shiny and polished finish.

Before you fall ‘head over heels’ for this bizarre pillow—the price tag for one might make you turn around and walk away.

It cost USD$1,200 for a single pillow, which will be signed by the designer and delivered to you wrapped in a vintage silk scarf if purchased.
