Is This The Future Of Dining, Robots Run Restaurant In China
A robot-themed restaurant has recently opened its doors in Harbin, China—providing us a glimpse of what the future of dining might hold.
According to China Daily, the restaurant features 18 different robots that are capable of performing different tasks each, such as preparing the food, cleaning the tables, ushering and serving customers.
They have also reported that the robots are capable of expressing 10 different facial expressions and are able to converse in simple Chinese.
The robots come equipped with a motion detector, which guides the robots and prevents them from bumping into objects and people.
Will robotic waiters and chefs be the future of the dining industry?
