Man Proposes To Girlfriend With LEGO Stop-Motion Video
24-year-old audio-visual technician, Anthony Pinder has taken his love for LEGO a step further by using the iconic toy bricks to propose to his girlfriend, Ariana Gomez, in a heartfelt stop-motion video.
The Daily Mail reports that Pinder had spent weeks on his proposal, taking thousands of photos of a Minifig couple.
Each time Gomez would leave their Brooklyn apartment, Pinder would work on his video—creating scenes and taking photos of tiny movements along the way.
‘That plan worked out really well because, after several thousand photos and a week’s worth of editing, she was definitely taken by surprised,” said Pinder in an email.
At the end of the video, Pinder got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend of six years, who was ‘freaking out’ before agreeing to marry him.
Whoever said love was the ‘building blocks’ of life, might be correct after all.
