In Ada, an installation by artist Karina Smigla-Bobinski, a giant helium-filled balloon was studded with charcoal sticks before being unleashed onto a room.
The balloon, 2.5-meters in diameter, bounces around the room to leave walls scrawled randomly in black. Attendees to the installation—it is currently being exhibited in Sao Paulo, Brazil—egg the balloon on, tugging and pushing it against the walls:
